Please return your Summer Wind approved project signs when your project is complete.  We re-use these signs with each new homeowner project, which saves the Association money. 

The ACC Process:   

  • Plan Your Project.  Project Applications and pre-approved material lists are listed on our community website.

  • Submit Your Request/Plans to the ACC. Include material samples for non pre-approved items such as paint chip and drawings for landscape, etc.

  • Receive ACC Approval.  Usually takes 7 to 10 days.  If the item is of an urgent matter, such as a leaking roof, contact the ACC and Property Manager to ensure a rapid response.
