The Summerwind Homeowners Association represents all of the property owners in Summerwind. Through its Board of Directors and various committees, the Association reviews architectural aesthetics, enforces the covenants, maintains common property, and provides a daily security patrol.
The Association owns common property, including 3 parks, play areas and a sport court.

The Association also retains a management company, CDC Management Services, with offices in
A Board of Directors conducts the business of the Association at bi-monthly meetings, which are open to all residents, and generally held in board members homes. Please contact the Association office for meeting dates, locations and times. An Annual Membership Meeting is held each Fall, usually in October, at which time annual reports are published, new Directors are elected, resident input is solicited and any other business pertaining to the Summerwind Homeowners Association is conducted.
Summerwind Homeowners Association dues are $245 per year, and are paid semiannually on January 1st and July 1st. According to Summerwind’s Bylaws, all residents are responsible for making timely payments.
Under Summerwind’s Covenants and Architectural Guidelines (ACC), all homeowners are required to submit plans for anything done to change the outward appearance of their property. They are also required to comply with all other rules regarding homeowner property management and use.
